Scott Stone is a member of the New York State Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Stone has 20 years of experience in real estate, corporate, construction, commercial and real estate litigation, divorce and family law. Over the course of his career, Mr. Stone has also acquired extensive experience representing, landlords, tenants and lenders on all types of commercial properties including commercial office buildings, airports, shopping centers, warehouses and residential real estate. Mr. Stone has represented numerous clients in connection with real estate and title disputes, shareholder and other corporate and partnership disputes, breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, UCC actions, landlord-tenant disputes, collections, divorce and family law.
